Rules are so mend to be broken, right? And this is what I've get in return. Hehe.
Anyway the weird thing about summons is that, why when we're so-called 'punished' because of our selfishness on road, we still get some discounted price from them?
Summons also can pay in a discounted price?!?!

dude... 110km/j isnt dat bad...i got stopped by the police during a road block on the Elite as well.. for wat?.. for going 98km/j when the speed limit is 90km/j as u said.. i swear it's ridiculous.. but luckily i talked and reasoned my way thru with the police.. i was like come on man.. i was only 8km/j faster.. be more reasonable!!
