I just completed Hell's Kitchen Season 8.
*evil laughs* all in two nights when I'm working on my design proposals.
Starting on Season 9. Distress me totally and gave me a few laughs.

I like Gordon. Really. He's perfect. (at least for his HK reality show though)
Love his sarcasm and profanity. Entertaining.
He was a footballer back then turned celebrity chef.
Worked his ass up. Like wow.
He inspires me in mixed feelings from admiration to scorn and to passionate.
He's tough and take no crap from people, which leads to him speaking his mind out straight and his constant cursing became a part of his charm and personality.
But he can be a meaner, very arrogant and bully.
I wouldn't want to appear in the same room with him when he's being hot up all in his head. But well they are constantly working in a hot stressful kitchen, you expect dainty talking? He has this passion and expectation so high up that everything matters before he put them on the table. You might say it's all reality show format whatsoever but I'm just enjoying what I'm watching. Not going to think what's beyond the show.
And and and he does a lot of great work of charity. Kudos.

I'm babbling, ain't I? Haha.
I'm just distressing.

Just watched the Pirates of Carribean 4.

Not awesome but okay.. hmm not bad..

I didn't quite have high expectation as many people told me it wasn't as "big" or great compared the earlier parts. Hence the feeling after watching it was fine..

Like it though.

Love all the mermaid scenes..

They're all so mystical and really beautiful and alluring.. especially Syrena.

One of the scene I fancy lots.

Nothing much changed for me.

All I can say is I need to get my ass out to the world more often..

how I've been acting introvert all lately..

I have always love going out.. Watching people..

Window-shopping when there's nothing to be shopped..

and shopping when there are cheap sales..

Out drinking with friends, yakking hours away laughing etc,

catching the latest movies.. good food-hunting..

feasting on chicken wings and cold shrimp salad in Ikea canteen with favourite babes.. or out sitting alone in Starbucks with my laptop working my freelance deadlines off or with a good book and hot Caramel Macchiato on a rainy day.

Oh well.. suddenly all these seem-ed bygones.

Not entirely "lost" but karat dah.

Lately I have been very lazy. I still work but at home.

Sleeping at 2am, waking up latest by 10am was my best achievement.

I feel bored. Restless and some-sort like a tragic housewife..

Daily routines to fetch my siblings from school, make/buy them lunch,

often drives to tuition.. making sure they sleep by their curfew time..

Oh and also as an acting "sand-bag".. ok scratch that.

And only to leave home when necessary like work and appointments.

I've lose interest in planning events/dinners when sometimes someone just don't learn to appreciate... hence the reasons I've lack of my "going-out" activities. Such disease, right?

Maybe one of all the bonus points is that staying home might be an encouraging way to learn how to save money, perhaps? But on the other hand, how to compensate to my emotional distress?

Well, enough said.

Not that I'm complaining bout work.. tho i do sometimes
I just still couldn't find a very very satisfyin answer to that question..

It's been dead long since I last reviewed on a hot guy movie..
But I could not NOT review this movie...
To me, it's 5 outta 5 stars. Hella GOOD movie.
Movie of the year. I must say. Martial art movie of the "forever"..
No Martial Art movie can catch my attention this much other than this.

I'm going to so sound like an outgrown teenager drooling horribly as you read.

I just can't help it. Oh forgive me, you beautiful people..
I'm so not in my right mind. *sobs*
Not willing to come back to reality. I want the Donnie in the movie so much

For the first time, I went kinda overboard gaga-gugu over him in this movie.
He was so darn perfect. Too bad for me to realise it now. Lagi OLD, lagi MAN ok!!
His looks, his stamina, his force, his talent, his likable face. Hahahaha...

Anyway back to the story, 70% of the movie IS real.
Ending of the script was kinda made up but still believable.
Donnie Yen worrr... So resemble the great Yip Man. SO influential.

This was 2 weeks ago.

One fine night when I was like busy preparing for my finals..
My mom popped her head into my room and giddily like.. "Hey, follow us out for a drive.."
I was like.. "Want meh??? Work can't finish la.... Where to go?"
My mom acted puzzled, "Work forever tak habis 1.. You'll die before you grad.. Quick.. get change and follow us out.. and I mean NOW!!"

Dreadfully, I followed them out.. pulling a long face...
"Get a break okay.." dad patted on my shoulder. I grimaced but nodded.
They were super hyper active in the car.. dad, mom, sis n bro talking at the same time..
then i couldn't resist and started to let go a bit.. hahhaha..

Alright... anyway the "break" my parents meant was..
to the temple nearby for Nine Emperor God celebration.. 九王爷
Located next to the Teluk Pulai KTM station... around the BahKutTeh shops area..

I never been to Ampang's..
but I heard that the one is Ampang is really... BIG... *click*
Hmm... okay back to that night...

Seriously... people mountain people sea..
That night we reached around 9pm..
the following night was around 11pm to pray..
Still so many people..
Kids.. family.. youngsters... perempuan.. lelaki.. old folks.. tons!!
So noisy and everyone in such a celebration mode.. hhaha..

Then I realised, we were there that night was because...

I was surprised at first... like why would a Superstar show up in this kind of environment..

those lala-muis to shake their booty onstage to start the night show...
but this time... guess they "up-a-class-a-bit".. *laughs*
there WERE a lot of young girls n dudes over there waiting for him...
ONE thing about the crowd was that.. they were all KAYU... no applause nothing...
Tsk. Just a few laughs on some cranky jokes.

When I was a kid.. I really like Malt Sugar Candy... 麦芽糖 in Chinese.. (pix above)
Cheap and holy cow sweet... A buck for 1 stick..
I don't quite fancy it now.. as I think it's way way way too sweet for my liking now..
But my brother.. a 11 year old kid.. big huge fan of it..

So... sister's wish was to see HAU that night.. so we went..
And so... my parents was... to... ahahha EAT!!!
There was this small vegetarian food fair.. yummyyy~~ (pix below)
Stalls selling varieties of vegetarian food to resemble "real" non-vege food..

Lots of food.. all vegetarian... I couldn't believe my eyes.. hahaha
Normally when I go to some vegan restaurant.. I don't get to see all the food at once..
All on menu and food list.. but then.. I managed to see most of it all lying on the table..
Wahaha.. so kancheong... and was very bising, kept kacau-ing the taukeh-soh..
what's this? what's that? made of what what what? how?? hahaha

"chicken" drumstick.. "chicken" sate.. "pork" sate..

Crispy "prawn" fritters.. "pork" sausages..
Hmmm.... Looks a bit dark hor~

Yam lobak roll, Seaweed "fish" roll..
The aunty lagi said.. that "fish" is ikan parang k.. very nice 1!~~

The far on the right was the "prawn" rolls...
And other "meat" rolls and cocktails..

Fried "Pork" and CharSiew..
and many many more other choices..

And and... *excites*

Above was what mom bought and my Soya Cincau drink for a buck only!!! refreshing~ hehe..
There were few more other vegan stalls...
Like Hokkien Mee Mihun Kuey Teow stalls, Yao Char Kuay, drinks, desserts..
Well well.. other than food.. there were stalls selling flowers, plants..
Giving off free vcd and booklets on prayers, god-themed movies, ribbons, strings.. etc..

A nice walk back to the car..
It was pretty breezy that night..

The movie was okay yesterday.
Went JuscoBukitTinggi n watched The Forbidden Kingdom.
Yeah.. as mentioned.. with Alan & HuayPin.

The movie was kinda rubbish actually if it weren't for the 2 star heroes in it..
Not exactly total trash but just u need to know the history n background of each of the main characters.. if not u don't quite get it anyway..

Jackie Chan and Jet Li. Greatttt...
A sudden twist of English and Mandarin.. then this n that... blah blahhhh
etc etc that don't quite make sense..
But to me.. I still can kinda like it.. the movie angles...

And i like that Golden Sparrow girl.. Crystal Liu.. Very very gorgeous Asian girl.
Watched her in the "Return of Condor Heroes".. very very goodddd...

Well, well... I went out with Raymond last night.
We watched this movie "Deadly Ghost" at Jusco BukitRaja.
Some Thai ghost movie... hmm.. *doubting*
I was like desperately persuaded and begged and nagged to watch this movie with him..
I told him it looked damn eerie..but he said... just give it a try..
He longed for horror or ghost movie for quite some time d..
but his gf never wanted to watch with him..
so he moved on to force beg his best friend *points at myself* to watch with him..
DARN!!!!!

The movie sucked to the very max ok.. or mayb we are both stupid..
I don't get the storyline.. the plot just din connect..
It sucked!! the freaking ghosts were not even creepy or freaky or scary..
so fucking FAKE!!! hate it la.. seriously.. nabeh him~
He so totally regretted making this decision to watch this NABEH movie.

Today I went movies with HuayPin after my class this morning.
Dropped by at Jusco Bukit Raja, have a quick lunch at McD.. then hit the TGV.
We watched "JUMPER" which was nice..
With an extra point - Hayden Christensen was incredibly gorgeous. *hottilicious*
That dude as Anakin Skywalker in StarWars...
somehow he looked better in this Jumper movie.. *drools*

The story was not that bad.. just some missing pieces here n there..
Like.. how he became a jumper.. why.. and then what happened?
Nevertheless, the effects made it alllllll good.
Jumper kind of means like.. ermm sounds illogical but.. it's like
some fella having the ability to teleport anywhere, through anything, at anytime.
WOW!!!!
Teleport to like 30 ft waves in Fiji, the Sphinx's head.. Rome.. Empire State Building top..
Double WOW!!!
Watching him do everything anyone could ever want with this new power is what makes it entertaining.. Anticipating the next destination he will be whisked off to.

Talk talk then we got stuck watching another few-years-back movie..
"The Perfect Stranger" by Halle B and Bruce Willis.
Not as good as I thought though the plot was surprisingly terbalik kind.. So-so-only..

Halle B's body = full n bodylicious..
Bruce Willis = wrinkly old but hot n macho..

We just settled at Jusco BukitRaja for a 9.20pm movie. The Kingdom.
Well, it wasn't quite my choice of movie but watching the trailer.. bombs, guns, killers.. etc.
but ManYee told me the movie was good. She gave me like.. 4 thumbs-up for it.
Trust her for once.. hehehe i chose that movie for them.

It was about a team of U.S. government agents is sent to investigate the bombing of an American facility in the Middle East.
Fair in action in the beginning, pretty slow in the middle but luckily the end was a blast.
Like really full of action, brutal, kan-cheong-ness and slightly emotional.

I like one tagline from imdb review.
"An elite FBI team sent to find a killer in Saudi Arabia. Now they have become the target."
hehehe.. I seriously don't mind watching it again.
Jamie Foxx. 1 word. YENG!!!
I like him here better than him acting in DreamGirls. Hehe.

a simple day-out

A normal day-out with my buddies excluding the Miss Taiwan. hehe..
(bloody still don't wan to come back.. sigh)

Let's see..
Morning.. went for dimsum breakfast with HuayPin and Cassandra.
Tried the middle-lot dimsum restaurant near the UOB Bank at Jalan Meru...
Hmmm... so-so only.. some were too dry.. but some were not bad.. can accept.
Pricing wise... also can accept.. hahaha not that ex. It's just a normal dimsum shop.

Moving on.. to cut hair today. Went to CLIPS at BBK. My usual saloon.
I supposed to cut hair today also.. but Francis off-day..
so only Cass and HuayPin potong lor.. with Roger..
so hor.. i sit there n wait only larrrrr.... sibeh sien.
Almost 2 hours leh... then ImKiat and ChoonWee came later on.. for lunch.
ChoonWee... I will remember to submit his info for CLEO's eligible bachelor next year.
Remind me ya!!! He wants it wat... so.. cincai lar.. hahahhaha... *rolls eyes*

A not-really-new and not-really-old only Japanese restaurant in Klang.
For me. EXPENSIVE.. hahahha i rather take Zanmai anytime.. more variety and choices..
well.. at least the waiters can communicate there..
unlike here.. why lar they hire foreign worker that speak alien language...

I was still quite full with all the dimsum this morning..
so what i had was only a few sushi that the guys have ordered and...



hehehe... Off the guys went for their dentist appointment..
and we girls hit a movie at jusco.. WHISPERRRRRR....

What can i say bout this movie??

We didn't want to watch any scary movie.. or any bloody-revolting-dirty-gory craps..
Mana tau end up in this thriller.. but ok lar.. just a few shocking parts..
You should have seen our reactions man.. think back also funny..
